In April 2011 TsNA meetings were held in 18 cities. Half talked about the international intervention in Libya and the other half nuclear power plant constructions. They also continued to work on the ‘10 Demands’ which will go on till the elections.

TsNAs decided on 2 common denominators in items on the agenda. On Libyan intervention:
• Most Middleeastern and North African regimes are antidemocratic dictatorships.
• Turkey has become a significant actor both locally and globally.
The common denominators on the Energy Polices were:
• Turkey’s energy policy does not seem to be planned and fit for the requirements.
• Energy production needs to be diversified.
